    Hi Mark,
I have a question. I live in a town in the US called Moscow, but is pronounced at the end “ow” like snow, instead of “ow” like cow as in Moscow, Russia, would I still pronounce it Москва?

Great question, Jennifer. The best way to find out is to ask native Russian speakers in town (if there are any), how they refer to the town.
My guess is they would spell it: Москау.
